Spritzeria is a pop‑up bar made for sunny afternoons, easy nights and good company.

It’s a collaboration between Sarah and Iwo of Si Vintners, and Jayde and Dee, blending a shared love of flavour, hospitality and the Margaret River lifestyle. What started as a long‑time idea between friends has turned into a new way to enjoy the region.

After years spent travelling and making wine across Europe, Australia and beyond, Sarah and Iwo fell in love with fresh, natural drinking styles — the kind made for lingering, not overthinking. Alongside their wines, Jayde and Iwo began crafting seltzers, vermut and limoncello designed to be light, vibrant and easy to share.

With Dee bringing business and marketing know‑how to the table, Spritzeria came to life.
